This is an easy review to write! Ross has helped us with 3 sales and we're reminded why we're happy to use him every time. He presents us with all perspectives in order to help us make the most informed and best decision for our circumstances. He is quick and responsive, we've never felt like we are waiting on him for anything. He sees things that we don't and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure we are checking our boxes in a timely manner (like accompanying us to Lowes late night when that's the only time we could go). When another service is needed, he's quick to have a recommendation of who to use. He and our lender went above and beyond to get us the best possible contract.
