Working with Ross was truly such a blessing during this season of life. Buying and selling can feel overwhelming, especially with everything else we’ve had going on, but he made the entire process feel manageable. Ross is incredibly attentive, quick to respond, patient with my (many) questions, and always made sure we understood our options before making decisions. This is an easy review to write! Ross has helped us with 3 sales and we're reminded why we're happy to use him every time. He presents us with all perspectives in order to help us make the most informed and best decision for our circumstances. He is quick and responsive, we've never felt like we are waiting on him for anything. He sees things that we don't and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure we are checking our boxes in a timely manner (like accompanying us to Lowes late night when that's the only time we could go). When another service is needed, he's quick to have a recommendation of who to use. He and our lender went above and beyond to get us the best possible contract. If you want someone who will work for YOU and not just the deal, Ross is the guy!

Ross was amazing to work with! He helped us on our move to Tallahassee from securing a temporary rental home to eventually buying the home of our dreams. Ross was quick, dependable, honest and always looking out for our best interest. He helped us navigate a crazy market where multiple offers were being made and helped us secure a home within a month. Not being from the Tallahassee area, Ross provided us with a how to for everything from lenders, to home inspections, to setting up utilities. He also assisted us with finding a reputable contractor to remodel our home. Ross’s customer service was fantastic and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy a home!
