What Drives Us
Kozloski Realty started with a teacher. Ross Kozloski spent years in the classroom before moving into real estate here in Tallahassee. The work is different now, but his reason for doing it has stayed the same: show up for people, and do right by them.
Meet the Team
Founder & Broker
Ross grew up in Jacksonville, earned his Bachelor's and Master's at FSU, and taught English abroad in Jordan before settling in Tallahassee in 2015 to raise his family. He earned his real estate license that same year and founded Kozloski Realty in 2022.
Agent
Kyle brings a genuine commitment to every client relationship, making sure each step of the buying or selling process feels clear, supported, and stress-free.

Michael joined Kozloski Realty in 2025, bringing with him a strong foundation in finance, real estate, and strategic problem-solving.

Becoming a real estate agent has allowed Tiffany to step forward and honor her passion and professional relationships. Being around people brings her joy and energy, and she looks forward to working with the amazing clients that will trust her with their homes and investments.

I grew up in LaFayette, Georgia, and moved to Tallahassee to attend Florida State University. During my time at FSU, I met my wonderful wife during my junior year, and we were later married while completing our studies.
