Heroes save an average of $3,000 when they buy or sell a home, or $6,000 if they do both, through Homes for Heroes' Hero Rewards program. Your exact savings depend on your home's sale price and the services you use.

How does the Hero Rewards savings actually work?

There's no separate application or special loan product. When you work with us as your Homes for Heroes real estate specialist, a portion of our commission is passed back to you after closing, typically as a rebate check within 5-7 days of your sale.

Do I still get Kozloski Realty's normal level of service?

Yes. You get the same honest, local guidance every Kozloski Realty client gets, plus the Homes for Heroes savings on top. Nothing about the process changes except your bottom line.

Can I combine Homes for Heroes with other buyer assistance programs?

Often, yes. Many heroes also qualify for Leon County or City of Tallahassee first-time buyer assistance. We'll help you figure out what you're eligible for and stack savings wherever possible.
